COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A SAUCEPAN AND HEAT UNTIL ROUGHLY 60 DEGREES (TOO HOT FOR FINGER AT 3 SECONDS). ONCE HEATED TAKE OFF THE HEAT AND LEAVE TO COOL. ONCE COOLED, STRAIN, BOTTLE, AND REFRIGERATE FOR SERVICE.
