F ounded in a 400sqft storage unit in the Dogpatch of San Francisco, Seven Still is a unique distillery. The goal from the start was to create seven unique whiskeys from seven unique craft beers. Each inspired by a different hill of San Francisco and each label designed by a local street artist to depict that landmark.
When owner/co-founder Tim Obert and his team decided to bring all productions in-house in 2016, they had to decide on a
location. Even though the cost of building a facility in San Francisco is a lot more than other cities, they knew that their roots were so strongly tied to the Bay Area it was necessary to stay.
