Just like her African cohorts, Gieskes- Mwamba understands how all- encompassing health should be. Officially PETA-approved and making product containers from glass for easy recycling, Suki Suki Naturals takes care of the Earth just as much as their products take care of our bodies. They're an excellent example of how driven the clean beauty movement is to take care of every piece of the planet. G ieskes-Mwamba also understands individuality, as a way to cater to inclusivity, she’s included skin and hair quizzes that coincide with her best products. Different ingredients work well for distinct hair and skin types, so Suki Suki Naturals does the research to provide you with products tailored to your one-of-a-kind genetic makeup to maximize your health. Business owner isn’t her only role, either. Gieskes-Mwamba also spends her days as a lawyer, fighting for the
of harsh chemicals. This prejudiced inconvenience prevailed in the beauty industry until very recently, now there is an increased push for products made by and for Black people. With her African roots serving as inspiration, there was no way Gieskes-Mwamba’s insight wouldn’t evolve into something revolutionary. The effects of her research led to Suki Suki Naturals, where she focused on the healthy nourishment of our hair roots using all essential African ingredients. After experimenting with various ingredients to keep her skin radiant and healthy, she also began selling natural extract products for skincare. A frican products are historically proven to be intensively healing for Black skin of all kinds, dry or oily. Things like African black soap have had their trending moments due to their organic ingredients and invaluable restorative properties.
