Radicchio Salad with Purple Daikon

INGREDIENTS (4 PERSON): • 1 head radicchio salad •

DIRECTIONS: 1. Wash and dry the salad and produce 2. Assemble the radicchio and the butter lettuce in a salad bowl 3. Thinly slice the daikon radishes 4. Layer the sliced radishes and the micro radishes onto the salad 5. Dress with our Red Sunflower Dressing
